The Congress party election campaigning committee's chairman, chiranjeevi has been busy campaigning for the victory of the party for the past few days. As of now, he covered the districts such as Vizag, Vizianagaram, Srikakulam, East and West Godavari districts, Krishna and Guntur districts. Currently, his tour is progressing in Nellore district. Huge turnouts are being recorded in the places where chiranjeevi is campaigning. While the yellow media is busy campaigning for two political parties in the Andhra Pradesh, obviously, the media houses belong to both these parties are doing their best in slinging mud on chiranjeevi and the congress party. But then, as far as ground realities are concerned, the factor of 'silent revolution' may also play a vital role in deciding the fate of political parties and which maybe seen in EVMs( Electronic Voting Machines) only. Let's wait for the D-Day, May 16 to know the results.

'Rey' Movie's Release Date

Mega nephew Sai Dharam Tej's debut film 'rey's release has been delayed many times due to financial issues. Once again, the movie, which was supposed to be released on 9th of May, has been postponed. The makers are contemplating to release the movie on May 17. The announcement of the results of local body elections and general elections are said to be the reasons of postponement of the movie.

Saiyami Kher and Shraddha have teamed up with Sai Dharam Tej in this movie. Chakri has composed the music of the movie. The movie was directed and produced by YVS Chowdary on Bommarillu banner.

Jr.NTR's Grand Party on May 16?

All of a sudden rumours were rife that Young Tiger ntr is all set to arrange a big treat on 16th of May. Although inside sources are condemning this gossip, some of the fans are not denying these rumours. When enquired for the reason, everybody kept mum. It is also heard that ntr's fans are also planning to arrange treat for their friends in various centers across the state on the same day.

Meanwhile, ntr is currently working for 'Rabhasa'. Samantha and Pranitha are romancing with him. Thaman is scoring the music for this movie. The movie is being directed by Santhosh Srinivas on Sri Sai Ganesh Productions. The movie is being planned for release in the month of July.

Krishna's Rebellion on Hero!

Superstar krishna was considered to be daring and dashing hero those days. Undoubtedly, he deserves for these praises due to some interesting reasons. Never ever, had he hesitated experimenting his films. Introducing James Bond films, Cowboy films, first 70mm movie etc. were some of his experiments. Besides he sometimes used to take up highly prestigious projects such as 'Alluri Seetharamaraju', ' Kurukshetram', 'Devadas' etc. His mere aim was to compete with then top heroes NTR and ANR with those films.

krishna, however, highly opposed a key politician's political decisions. He campaigned against that actor turned 'key politician' on behalf of the congress and some times he received stone attacks from that politician's supporters and got injuries. Incidentally, some of that politician's decisions and statements turned controversial in those days and they have not gone well with many people. In one of his interviews, that key politician said 'Naa daggaremundi brother, boodida thappa( I have nothing with me except ash)" The very next day, there were wall posters across the state which have the heading, " 400 kotlu vunna koteeswarudi daggara boodida maatrame vundaa?". There were rumours that krishna's involvement was there in those wall posters. krishna also did some satirical movies against that politician such as 'Naa Pilupe Prabhanjanam'.

Naresh's 'Raghupathi Venkaiah' Shelved?

Veteran comedy hero naresh acted a movie titled 'Raghupathi Venkaiah Naidu' some days ago. The movie was supposed to be released long ago. Maybe due to financial problems, the movie has not seen light. Since naresh appeared to be faded out as a hero, buyers might not have shown interest on this movie. However, the makers have to reveal the reason for delay of the release of this project.

'Raghupathi Venkaiah Naidu' was considered to be one of the pioneers of Telugu cinema who directed some silent movies as well. The government gives away 'Raghupathi Venkaiah' award to the eminent personalities of tollywood who did great services to Telugu cinema. Some days ago, the director of this movie Babji, fought against the government for removing 'Naidu' word in 'Raghupathi Venkaiah's award.

Hansika Seeking Revenge on Ex?

Hansika ended her relationship with Simbu, days after she confessed that she was in love with him. But being a very busy actress, Hansika did not bother to release a press statement or comment once things went wrong between them. Incidentally, Hansika has more than half a dozen films in Telugu and Tamil. In fact, Hansika didn’t bother to react to Simbu’s statement given to the press after he parted ways with her. Hansika says she is single now and is in love with her work. However, Hansika signed a film with Simbu just before they broke up and also took Rs 55 lakh as a signing amount from the producers. Now, the producer is keen on starting the film, while Hansika has put the project on hold citing date problems. Of course she has her hands full and perhaps she is not ready to romance Simbu on screen again. The miffed producer has lodged a complaint against Hansika. He is demanding Hansika give back the advance or allot dates immediately. But Hansika is taking her own sweet time to settle this issue. More than the producer, she seems keen on putting Simbu on hold for some time before returning the amount.

'Aagadu' Makers in Hurry!

After a little break, the shooting of Prince Mahesh Babu's much awaited movie 'aagadu' was restarted recently. The makers have earlier planned to shoot some crucial scenes in various locales of Rajasthan. However, as they are hurry wrapping up the shoot of the movie by June, they planned this schedule in Hyderabad only instead of Rajasthan. As of now, 70% of the shooting part of the movie was completed. Mahesh will work for a new project after June.

Milky beauty Tamannah is sharing the screen space with Mahesh in the movie. Thaman scores the tunes of the movie. Srinu Vaitla is directing the movie. Anil Sunkara, Ram Achanta and Gopichand Achanta are producing the movie on 14 Reels Entertainment.

100 Mistakes, 1000 Lies of KCR!

Rajya Sabha MP V Hanumantha Rao on Monday accused TRS President K Chandrasekhar Rao of insulting the families of Telangana martyrs after the passing of Telangana Bill in the Parliament. Speaking to media persons after releasing a booklet titled "100 Mistakes and Thousand lies of KCR" at Gandhi Bhavan here, VHR said that KCR, along with his family members, called on AICC President Sonia Gandhi after the passing of Telangana Bill in the Parliament. However, he did not meet the families of those who laid down their lives for the statehood cause. He said KCR requested Sonia Gandhi to give him the post of Telangana Chief Minister. When Sonia Gandhi did not react to his demand, he started targeting the Congress party and other leaders, he alleged. VHR also alleged that KCR did not give tickets to the family members of Telangana martyrs. Instead, he distributed tickets among land grabbers and those who worked against Telangana. He said at least 60 tickets were given to people facing allegations of land grabbing. He said such people never participated in Telangana agitation and entered Telangana Bhavan only to get their 'B' Forms.

'Race Gurram's Latest Sensation

It's now official that Stylish Star allu arjun's 'Race Gurram' got blockbuster status at the box office. The movie has also managed to collect a share of Rs.43.66 crores at the end of its two weeks run. The movie is having a fantastic run in neighbouring states such as Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala( Lucky- The Racer) In Overseas too, the movie has already collected $1.4+ million. 

Here is one more sensation of 'Race Gurram'. As we know, all the government and private schools were closed on 23rd of this month and the students were declared summer vacations till June 11. All the students along with their parents, obviously, eyed on watching a complete entertaining film and their one and only choice is to watch 'Race Gurram'. The movie is likely to breach Rs.50 crores mark soon and is aiming at Rs.60 crores share at the end of its full run.

'Not-So-Nice' Comments By Pawan

After surprising film industry analysts and political observers by extending his support to TDP, it is being rumoured that Pawan Kalyan has made some ‘not-so-nice’ comments about the party in Nizamabad. Talk is that Pawan has made some adverse comments against TDP while touring Nizamabad district. Pawan is said to have claimed that he had no love for TDP. Now, that puts TDP head Chandra Babu Naidu in a fix as he has gone out of his way to secure the support of Pawan Kalyan. Also, Pawan Kalyan is said to have told the gathering that he took up quite a few fights against TDP in the past as the farmers really suffered during TDP’s regime. If Pawan Kalyan actually made these statements, then they come as a huge shock to one and all. On one hand, Chandra Babu Naidu has been making statements that he, Pawan Kalyan and Modi are striving for the people. On the other, Pawan Kalyan is hinting that he is only bothered about Modi. Pawan Kalyan has once again reiterated that he was touring the districts only to support Narendra Modi. He said to fulfill the dream of ‘bangaru Telangana’, it was important to have a good government in the Centre. But one thing is for sure. Modi Wants to Make Hyderabad as UT?

If BJP’s Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi has his way, he will make Hyderabad as the Union Territory for a period of 10 years or a second capital of the country. This was the suspicion of Telangana Rashtra Samithi president K Chandrasekhar Rao. Addressing a public meeting in Ranga Reddy district, he described Narendra Modi as an enemy of Telangana. Pointing out that the Modi statement on Hyderabad was a deep-rooted conspiracy, KCR said the true colors of Narendra Modi to make Hyderabad the second capital of the country had come out in the interview published in a Telugu news daily. KCR also accused TDP president Chandrababu Naidu of joining hands with the BJP to protect his properties registered on benami names. KCR stated that Hyderabad was built with the tax (thasil) paid by the people of Telangana region. He alerted the Telangana people saying that a conspiracy was hatched by some forces to make Hyderabad a Union territory.

While the original ‘Kahaani’ is a sensational hit, why not the director use the same craze for ‘Anamaika’ is the question raised by many of the film buffs.

Of course, Nayanathara has been unprofessional and she is not going to attend the promotions any more. But, that is not going to be the end of road for Sekhar. He can use other lead star cast to promote the film aggressively. We are also hearing that senior actor Naresh is doing a crucial role and there is Vaibhav Reddy too. Better find a way to get out of this mess Sekhar because ‘Anamika’ is expected purely as a sekhar kammula movie and nothing more.

Though audiences have been giving him hints by rejecting his movies, he has started a new film, ‘Gaddam Gang’ which is a remake of a Tamil movie. Hits have completely dried up for Rajasekhar and yet the man refuses to give up. He is now starting afresh after taking a considerable break after his last disaster Mahankali. On the political front, he and his wife have taken membership in the BJP. Maybe Rajasekhar can take the cue from Jagapathi Babu and try for villain roles. There is a demand for fresh villains in Tollywood and he would also be able to do justice to those roles.

Naidu Will Surely Set A Record!

YS Jagan and Chandra Babu Naidu are into full-blown exchange of words and are leaving no chance to criticize each other. In his latest outburst, Jagan has said that Chandra Babu will set a Guinness Book record for telling the maximum number of lies to people. Babu is a pro repeating the same lies over and again, Jagan said. Despite Babu’s claims that he was behind the growth of the software industry in Hyderabad and its international fame, there is no iota of truth in his claims said Jagan.

He pointed out that the software industry in Andhra Pradesh was in the third position before Babu came to power and that it had fallen to fifth position during Babu’s time.
