Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee chief spokesperson Dr Shravan Kumar on Monday alleged that TRS chief K Chandrasekhar Rao was intimidating his political opponents. Speaking to media persons at Gandhi Bhavan, Shravan Kumar shown some clips of KCR's speeches wherein KCR threatened to cause physical harm to his political rivals. He said KCR's tone and use of language was highly objectionable and aimed at intimidating his rivals. "KCR is speaking like a street rowdy," he alleged. Shravan Kumar said that KCR was trying to mislead the people through his tall promises. 

He said it would need around Rs 20 lakh crore to implement the promises made in TRS manifesto. He asked KCR to clarify on how he plans to mobilise those funds. He said KCR would go back on all the poll promises after the elections. He reminded that KCR promises to wash Sonia Gandhi's feet if she granted statehood to Telangana region. However, he forgot his promise later. He accused KCR of exploiting the Telangana sentiments and held him responsible for over 1200 suicides that took place for the cause of statehood. He said KCR had no sympathy over the Telangana martyrs. He also accused him of insulting the Backward Classes by regularly targeting TPCC chief Ponnala Lakshmaiah.
