Now, we have got some exclusive information from the Central Intelligence Bureau that has predicted a landslide victory for YS Jagan Mohan Reddy led YSR Congress Party. According to the Intelligence Bureau, YSRCP is all set to win 130-135 seats followed by Telugu Desam Party with 35-45 seats and then there will be Congress which might win 1 or 2 seats. One can easily understand after going through this report that YSRCP will have a clear majority in the state.
Recently, Nielsen survey has also predicted a clear majority for YS Jagan and NDTV have predicted that TDP will win and form the government in the state. Jagan started YSRCP after the death of his father and former Chief Minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy. Jagan showed his stamina by winning with a record majority in the last by-elections. With this leaked IB reports, we can see here that YSRCP will be able to form the government comfortably and Jagan might become the Chief Minister of Seemandhra. This report is a major jolt for Chandra Babu Naidu and Telugu Desam Party.
It's a do-or-die situation for TDP and their party is taking these elections as a final battle. Naidu is leaving no stone unturned and that is the reason why he is ready to team up with BJP in Seemandhra, knowing the fact that they can't even win more than 5 seats. According to the IB reports, TDP will be sitting in the opposition again for the next five years. Biggest loser in this election will be the Congress Party. After the state has been separated, Congress leaders have left the party and joined in YSRCP and TDP.
Leaders like Chiranjeevi, Raghuveera Reddy and Kanna etc are finding it hard to campaign. Chiranjeevi himself understood his situation and opted for Rajya Sabha as he knew what would happen if he contest. The party doesn't even have leaders to contest from all the constituencies and the cadre has already gone along with their leaders into different parties. Congress Party doesn't have any chance to win at least a single seat in Seemandhra. Let us wait and see who will be that lucky person to win.
