Naidu's excellent strategy for farmer’s loan-waiver Scheme!

Chandra babu Naidu realised how to win the hearts of farmers.He knew that it was their anger that kept him away from power for a decade. ‘Runa Maafi’ scheme is the major factor of Chandra Babu’s victory in the elections. The announcement went well in to rural people and they voted in big numbers.Now babu voted to Power and all are eagerly waiting about Babu’s vision on the scheme. 

The crop loan waiver is a risky promise, particularly in the wake of bifurcation of the state and especially at a time when Andhra Pradesh has a deficit revenue of nearly Rs 15,000 crore. But our visionary leader have excellent strategies for the scheme. It is said that Chandra Babu is already in talks with the bankers regarding this. According to the plan, instead of paying money directly state Government will give bonds and certificates for the loans taken by the farmers. 

Government will only pay interest every year and will pay the principal amount only after 5 years(By considering the new state will generate good money by that time) Since banks operate on interests, they will be very happy with the deal. They will reschedule farmer’s loans and issue them fresh loans. Naidu might also seek funding from the Centre to implement the scheme. 

Farmers also expecting a lot from Naidu as he was known to discipline the administration at least in implementing the seven-hour uninterrupted free power.Naidu's rapport with BJP chief Narendra Modi is also being seen as a major relief for the farming sector. Other side YSR Congress leaders are waiting for Chandra Babu to commit mistake to chide them in public. But seems our Political Chanakya do not want to give them a chance at any cost.
