Naga Chaitanya plays a college boy in Manam

Naga Chaitanya to talk about Manam can be quite a challenge to say the least. The guy just doesn't let out any specifics about the movie. "You'll have to watch the movie to find out," is what you'd get for any question about a movie.

"Well that's because the film is based on a very simple premise. Once we let that out, it will just take the whole fun out of the movie. I know I'm being very vague but once you watch the movie you will understand why we're being so cagey," explains Chaitanya.

However, we persisted and managed to get something out of the actor nevertheless. Admittedly, he will be seen playing multiple shades in the movie. "The film as you all would know by now, is spread across three generations, and all the characters go back and forth in time. I play a happy-go-lucky college guy in the present era. It's a typically fun character and has nothing in common with my character from the flashback. So acting wise, it was a big challenge," he says.

The actor reckons "the climax" episode between him and Samantha is going to be one to watch out for. "We've acted a couple of times together so we share a great rapport and I guess that translates onto the screen. The climax episode between us has come out really well, it will resonate with the audiences," he adds.
